 ERA Home & Family Real Estate offers the Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course and Real Estate Continuing Education Courses. ERA Home & Family Real Estate is a certified Real Estate School Branch under Harris Real Estate School.
In order to practice Real Estate in the state of Massachusetts , you must complete 24 hours of Real Estate training from a certified Real Estate School. By completing the real estate training, you are eligible to take the Real Estate Exam which consists of a National and State Exam consisting of approximately 135 questions. Upon successful completion of the exam you will receive your Real Estate License.
