 ERA Home & Family Real Estate offers the Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course for Salespeople & Brokers and Real Estate Continuing Education Courses. ERA Home & Family Real Estate is a certified Real Estate School Branch under the Richard Harris Real Estate School.
In order to practice Real Estate in the state of Massachusetts, you must complete 24 hours of Real Estate training from a certified Real Estate School. By completing the real estate training, you are eligible to take the Real Estate Exam which consists of a National and State Exam consisting of approximately 135 questions. Upon successful completion of the exam you will receive your Real Estate License.
Our courses are offered on video tape and administered on an individual bases. The courses can be viewed during business hours, Monday through Friday.
The cost of our courses are as follows:
Salesperson - $215
Brokers - $235
Continuing Education - $125
